Last night I went to an Enrichment activity where the "Grocery Guru" (
http://www.gurusdeals.com/) came and shared with us how to get better deals on your groceries. Granted, it was a sales pitch to subscribe to the newspaper (which worked in my case), but it made me excited about "cutting coupons".
Today as I was thinking about my new commitment to cut coupons, I came across this site:
http://www.savvyshopperdeals.com/ . This has to be the greatest website. It shows you where all the great deals are (here in Utah) and then tells you where the coupons are that go with them.
The "grocery guru" suggests having a binder w/ page protectors where you can store the coupon inserts (not cut) by date. When you are about to go shopping you can check where the coupons you need are and then cut them out. After 5 weeks you throw the oldest set of coupons away. I'm looking forward to trying this!
